A simple Papaya Smoothie recipe, a nice and refreshing preparation to enjoy any day of the year.

Ingredients
- • 1 cup of ripe papaya
- • 2 spoons of sugar
- • 2 spoons of full cream powdered milk
- • 2 cups of water
- • Sufficient chopped ice
How to prepare the milkshake
We wash, peel and cut into small pieces the papaya.
Then we add it to the blender glass together with the rest of the ingredients, the milk and the sugar.
Later we beat it to high speed until there is not left pieces of fruit, and add the ice; we beat it one more minute, and a half and ready.
We empty the milkshake in a recipient and serve it cold or store in the refrigerator.
Optional:
If you do not have powdered milk, you can substitute it for 2 cups of liquid milk and eliminating the quantity of water.
