  • 1 bottle of milk. (liter)
  • 250 grams of rice.
  • 100 grams of sugar.
  • A rind of lemon.
  • 1 stick of cinnamon.
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon in powder form.

During 10 minutes, we cook the rice in a pot of water, which should be the double of the measure of the rice
