Ingredients

For the Croquette Dough

  • 3 cubed, peeled potatoes
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • 3 tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Cut mozzarella cheese

For Breading

  • 3 cups of Panko
  • 2 cups of Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil for frying
