Ingredients

  • 200 g of rice
  • 500 g of pork ribs, cut 2 fingers thick
  • 900 g of beef broth
  • ½ red bell pepper, cut
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 grated tomato
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Water

How to Prepare

First, season the ribs with salt and pepper. Then add oil and a pinch of salt to a pot. When the oil is hot, fry the ribs well.

Once browned, arrange them around the edge of the pot, and in the center, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic.

Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the grated tomato along with the paprika. Cook for 1 minute and cover with water.
